About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregivers to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort.



Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying, and errands
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and assist with daily medication management

Requirements:

• Current caregiver certification or CNA license in the state of Virginia
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
