Certified Forklift Needed

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a  Certified Forklift Driver  in North side of Houston, 77038 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are looking for well-rounded warehouse associates who can work across different areas of the operation rather than doing only one function.

Experience we should target:

• Shipping and receiving
• Picking and packing
• Loading/unloading trailers
• Palletizing
• RF scanner
• Sit-down forklift
• Crown forklift experience is a plus
• Clamp forklift experience is a plus
• General warehouse experience

Their products include  generators, batteries, and related equipment. Products arrive from overseas in containers, so associates may assist with receiving, unloading, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping.

They also have a service/mechanical side where employees may assist with assembling or working on generators/products. They like employees who are flexible and willing to wear multiple hats.

Pay / Schedule

• Pay range discussed: approximately $18–$21/hour, depending on experience/position
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Warehouse is not climate controlled / no A/C

Screening / Requirements

• 7-year background check
• No theft or violence
• E-Verify
• Forklift certification/experience for applicable positions
