Certified Lead Auditor - AS9100

Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Lead Auditor – AS9100 for a direct hire opportunity in Poway, CA supporting quality systems within the aerospace and defense industry. Key Responsibilities

- Lead internal AS9100 quality audits and coordinate audit activities with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Quality Management System, procedures, work instructions, documentation, and records.
- Evaluate business and quality processes for compliance with AS9100, regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal procedures.
- Develop audit schedules, checklists, reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership review.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and timely follow-up on audit findings.
- Provide quality guidance and training to production and support teams to help maintain compliance and quality performance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time.
- Work Location: Poway, CA.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
