Certified Medical Assistant - Milwaukee WI

Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified CMA for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational Healthcare company in Milwaukee, WI.




·      Contract Length: 13 weeks

·      Start date: ASAP

·      Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am

o  Schedule may vary to include four 9 hours shifts (7:30 am- 5 pm) and one 4 hour shift (7:30 am-11:30 am)

·      Pay rate range: $24 to $26 an hour

·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)

·      Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

·      Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments

·      Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations

·      Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies




Requirements:

·      3 years of CMA experience required

·      Phlebotomy and Epic experience required

·      CMA Certification required.

·      BLS or CPR certification required.
