Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vitals, and update patient histories and medications in the EMR
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and vaccinations
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Collect, label, and prepare patient specimens
- Support patient check-in, check-out, and follow-up needs
- Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, medical records, and phone calls
