What You’ll Do
- Maintain medication storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
- Administer oral, topical, and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, following agency and state guidelines.
- Accurately document medication administration in client records.
- Observe and report any side effects, changes in condition, or concerns to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed (e.g., hygiene, grooming, mobility support).
- Maintain medication storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma/GED and active CMT license (state‑specific)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Medical/physical clearance stating you are fit to work, TB test
- Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
- Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
