Position Overview:A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic, hands-on care for patients, helping with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the restroom, while also monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and reporting changes to nurses and doctors. CNAs are essential for patient comfort, safety, and mobility, performing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
Assisting at meals
Following infection control and center policies
Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
