• Take and accurately record clients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Document care provided, client observations, and treatments accurately and timely. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and established standards of care. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 Qualifications: CNA: Current state certification Current CPR certification (hands-on) TB test within the last 12 months Physical ExamCompensation Pay range: $23.00-$25.00based on experience, education, certifications, skills, location, and internal equity. May be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
