Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Essential Functions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following all CBRF/RCAC policies, medication administration procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Provide hands-on caregiving support, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Observe residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns, and promptly report updates to the appropriate team member.
- Document medications, care provided, and resident status accurately and in a timely manner.
- Promote resident dignity, choice, comfort, and safety while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including proper medication storage, infection control, and compliance with facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support.
Requirements

- Experienced in long-term care or Assistant Living
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
