CareNest Solution LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
• Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient rights, dignity, and person-centered care
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs safely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
