"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a healthcare setting. The CNA will support patients with daily living activities, monitor their well-being, and assist the nursing team in delivering safe and effective care.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining patient dignity, comfort, and safety while working collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility support
Obtain, record, and report vital signs accurately
Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation
Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Provide emotional support and compassionate interaction with patients and families
Support nursing staff with basic patient care procedures as needed
Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Document patient care activities in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required per facility guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in hospital, long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or acute care settings
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Strong teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills
