Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing, as required by state regulations
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will:

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to the nursing team
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and well-being through compassionate care
