Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a long-term care and skilled nursing team in Elkins, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care while supporting patient comfort, safety, and daily living activities in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
Maintain resident hygiene, comfort, and dignity
Assist with skin care and pressure injury prevention
Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
Qualifications
Active CNA certification required
Current BLS certification required
Previous long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
