We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a direct hire opportunity in a Long-Term Care facility in Park River, North Dakota. Join a supportive team where your care truly makes a difference in residents’ daily lives.
Full-Time
Evening Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (8-hour shift)
Consistent, stable schedule
Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with meals, hydration, and create a positive dining experience
Monitor and record vital signs
Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and range of motion exercises
Provide emotional support and companionship
Document resident care and behaviors in EMR
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow PPE protocols
Handle linens and supplies according to infection control standards
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Active CNA certification (ND or eligible)
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR)
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
$19.00 – $25.50/hour (based on experience)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
