This role is ideal for CNAs looking for scheduling flexibility while continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of residents. What You'll DoAs a CNA in our Long-Term Care department, you will provide hands-on care that promotes the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents. Responsibilities include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneSupporting residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulationAssisting with meals, feeding, hydration, and resident comfort needsObtaining and documenting vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other resident information as assignedObserving and reporting changes in resident conditions to the licensed nurseMaintaining accurate and timely documentation in the medical recordContributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentAssisting with resident admissions, transfers, and other unit activities as neededCollaborating with nurses and other team members to deliver high-quality resident-centered careUtilizing downtime productively by stocking supplies, rounding on residents, and supporting unit needsOther duties as assigned QualificationsRequiredCurrent Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsPreferredHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious CNA experience with positive professional references PRN RequirementsTo remain active in PRN status, team members must work:At least one shift per quarter Physical ExpectationsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and liftingAbility to safely move or assist patients using proper techniques and equipmentCapability to respond quickly during emergency situationsAbility to lift, transfer, push, or pull up to 75 pounds as neededAbility to safely assist residents with mobility and daily care activitiesAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation BenefitsEligible after 30 days:401(k) with employer match Experience Life in GlendiveLocated in Eastern Montana, Glendive offers a welcoming community and abundant outdoor recreation.
