Hospice Aide (CNA). Care with Heart, Presence, and Purpose. As the Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changes
Assist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measures
Observe patient condition, report changes, and document care accurately
Take and record vital signs when ordered and within competency
Use medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment
Provide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as needed

Requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of Arizona
Current CPR certification
Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life care
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Empathy, patience, and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
