Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care facility. The CNA will assist residents with daily care needs and provide support to nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Help with transferring, repositioning, and mobility assistance
• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• Active CNA Certification
• BLS Certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
