Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care
Location:Far Rockaway, NY Duration: 13 Weeks Job Type: Local Contract Position
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care facility. The CNA will assist residents with daily care needs and provide support to nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Help with transferring, repositioning, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
Active CNA Certification
BLS Certification preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Long-Term Care experience preferred
