- Location: Marlinton, WV 24954
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule Pattern
Week 1- Monday- Tuesday- Friday- Saturday
Week 2 -Sunday - Wednesday -Thursday
Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Obtain and document vital signs and report abnormalities to licensed nursing staff.
- Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and mobility support.
- Provide incontinence care and maintain resident comfort and dignity.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and cognitive condition.
- Support nutrition and hydration needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
- Document care provided according to facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, residents, and families.
- Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for WV
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
