Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishing meals throughout scheduled shift
Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
Making resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
Transport residents within the facility
Assist nurses and other staff as needed
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
Physical strength and stamina
First aid and CPR certifications
