    Description

     Job Description:

    Intercare Recruitment is working with a caring and compassionate long-term care facility located in North Dakota. They offer a variety of services including skilled care, basic care, and assisted living to our residents. Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a warm, home-like environment.

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and other tasks as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complications.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
    • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with residents dietary needs and preferences.
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring infection control protocols are followed at all times.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
    • Document resident interactions, care provided, and observations in accordance with facility policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of North Dakota.
    • Ability to lift and transfer residents safely.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Basic knowledge of long-term care principles and practices. 

    Benefits:

    • Competitive pay: $20-$28 per hour
    • Shift differentials
    • 40 hours per week with weekend rotation
    • $2,000 relocation allowance
