What You’ll Do

As a CNA with ATC Healthcare, you’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care while supporting residents and the nursing team. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)• Monitoring and recording vital signs• Observing and documenting patient conditions• Promoting comfort, dignity, and safety• Communicating effectively with nurses and staff• Maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Assignments vary based on facility and patient needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted CNA certification• Completion of a state-approved CNA program or competency exam• At least 6 months of CNA experience• Current CPR certification• Ability to meet facility health and screening requirements
