Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant (RA)

Anderson Memory Care is an award-winning Alzheimer’s and dementia assisted living community in Slidell. We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to assist our residents with Activities of Daily Living and help provide a safe, supportive environment.

CNA certification is required.

Pay

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour

Weekend shift differential: +$3.00 per hour
That means you can earn $17.00 per hour when working eligible weekend shifts!

Full-Time and Part-Time Day Shift
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve seniors
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team

Job Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs and call systems
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
• Complete incident reports and required follow-up documentation
• Work cooperatively with other team members to provide quality resident care
