About the Role:

As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide high-quality patient care. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as taking vital signs and documenting patient information. Your compassionate and empathetic nature will shine as you build rapport with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Provided emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
