Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to fill an opening with a skilled care facility located in Queens, New York. This night shift position is ideal for a compassionate and experienced CNA looking to make a meaningful impact in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program.
Licensure: Must have an active New York State Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.
Experience: Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing home or skilled care facility setting.
Requirements:
Must be immune to Hepatitis B (proof of immunity required).
Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
Must have a flexible schedule.

Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and overall well-being, to the nursing team.
Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the night shift, responding promptly to call lights and resident needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury and promote resident independence.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
