The role involves providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a structured care environment.

Experience: Minimum 1 year required

Key Responsibilities
Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain hygiene and skin integrity
Assist with equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, beds)
Document patient data accurately
Follow infection control protocols
Respond to patient needs and call lights
Report changes in patient condition
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Required Qualifications
Active CNA Certification
Minimum 1 year of LTC/rehab experience
Strong patient care and ADL skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Travel CNA experience
Skilled nursing or rehab background
Familiarity with vital sign equipment
Strong infection control knowledge
