Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Roswell, GA
Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour
Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week (Flexible schedule)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a young adult patient in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated caregiver with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and light physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Monitor vital signs and report any health concerns to the family or medical professionals.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks under supervision.
• Offer companionship and engage the patient in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care (e.g., laundry, changing linens, tidying patient’s space).
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

• CNA Certification (Required) – Must be certified in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA or in-home care experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (Preferred).
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Roswell, GA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a background.
