As a CNA with La Vita Bella, you will:
Provide hands-on personal care in patient homes and hospice settings
Support patients with daily living activities while preserving dignity and comfort
Work closely with nurses and hospice teams to deliver compassionate care plans
Offer emotional support to patients and families during meaningful moments
Help create peaceful, respectful end-of-life experiences

Requirements
Active CNA certification in New Mexico
Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and professionalism in home-based care settings
Experience in home health or hospice is a plus, but not required
