Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our clients with higher-level personal care needs in their homes. This role is ideal for CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one care setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on personal care in accordance with CNA scope of practice • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) • Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation • Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition • Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols • Provide companionship and promote client dignity and comfort • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed • Run errands and provide transportation when required
Qualifications:
Active CNA license in Indiana or Michigan (as applicable) Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred Valid drivers license and current auto insurance Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, professional, and dependable Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required
Schedule:
Immediate work available All shifts available Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunities to work on more than one case Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active

Pay & Incentives:
