What You'll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
