Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Staffmark is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Columbia, SC, supporting a trusted client that provides mental health services. This is a rewarding opportunity for a CNA who is passionate about patient care, behavioral health, and making a real impact every shift.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on patient care and active treatment, including leading therapeutic groups
- Complete CNA assessments, admissions, and annual documentation
- Support the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with care standards
- Collaborate with the treatment team to support individualized care plans
- Assist with patient mobility, including lifting, transferring, and wheelchair support
What You Bring:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or patient care preferred
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations across all life stages
- Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, push, and pull
Training & Requirements:
- Maintain CPR certification and required training (MAPS/MANDT, SCEIS, etc.)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and patient records
