Certified Nursing Assistant (Part‑Time) – Direct Hire

Qualifications – Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (DL)
• Comfortable with required travel within the assigned territory

Overview

This part‑time Certified Nursing Assistant role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in home health and hospice care. CNAs in this position work independently in patient homes while being supported by a dedicated education team and leadership committed to professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in hospice and home health settings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence
• Reinforce care plans and promote healthy routines through patient and caregiver education
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Work independently while receiving ongoing support from clinical leadership
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory

Schedule & Shift Details

• Part‑time: 2–3 days per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel Requirements

• Travel within assigned territory, including York & Adams counties (PA)
• Reliable transportation required

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits.
