Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per-diem basis in Flagstaff, AZ. This position is ideal for CNAs who enjoy flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in patient care. You will work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
Accurately document care and follow facility protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work per-diem with reliable availability (days, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality care
Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
