London Lodge Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our caring team in Cambridge, WI. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional condition to nursing staff
  • Support residents with meals, feeding assistance, and hydration needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
  • Document care activities accurately in resident records per facility guidelines
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow care team members
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification in Wisconsin or experience as a Personal Care Worker, however no experience is necessary
  • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining resident dignity and respect
  • Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
