Primary Responsibilities

• Comply with private practice and nursing standards
• Support the goals of the wound care centers
• Provide assessments, treatments, and patient education
• Administer medications and perform treatments
• Assist physicians with tests and procedures

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in Center Performance Improvement
• Attend mandatory organizational education
• Contribute to Center meetings

Customer Service

• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Promote the Mission and Vision of the organization
• Respect dignity and confidentiality

Health and Safety

• Promote safety in the workplace
• Participate in required training
• Follow universal precautions
• Report unsafe practices

Position Qualifications

• Graduation from a Certified Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant school
• Current CPR certification
• Possess good communication skills
• Ability to carry out detailed instructions
• Physical ability to perform required tasks
• Bilingual with Spanish skills preferred

Working Conditions

• Indoors in a well-lighted, well-ventilated area

Location: Southwest San Antonio, Texas

Hill Country Wound Care Vascular and Hyperbarics, LLC operates multiple physician-based wound centers in the Greater San Antonio area. Our newest location in Bulverde, TX will help local patients heal their chronic wounds with various modalities, including the use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. We also are a wound management company, with desire to build relationships with other well trained wound care doctors and clinicians in establishing new wound centers within the 50 states. The management company brings both ownership, buildout, credentialing, billing, payroll and operational support to those physicians and communities we serve.
