    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, monitoring clients health and wellbeing, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

    Responsibilities: 1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. 2. Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and oxygen levels. 3. Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals. 4. Document patient observations, interactions, and any changes in condition. 5. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety. 6. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. 7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans. 8. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. 9. Respond promptly to calls from patients for assistance or emergencies. 10. Report any concerns or issues regarding patient care to the registered nurse or supervisor.

    Qualifications: 1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program. 2. High school diploma or equivalent education. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients. 5. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 8. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
