    Description

    Position: Occupational Therapist Assistant

    Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

    Salary: $31.20-$34.28 per hour

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapist to provide quality care and support to our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating and treating patients with a variety of conditions, such as injuries, disabilities, or illnesses

    - Develop and implement treatment plans under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist

    - Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Occupational Therapist

    - Provide guidance and support to patients and their families on how to carry out treatment plans at home

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

    - Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of care

    - Continuously stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in occupational therapy to improve patient outcomes

    Qualifications:

    - Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program

    - Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

    - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    - Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in occupational therapy
