What You’ll Do

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate care to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include:

• Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Help children develop functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing treatment goals.

• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, families, and other clinical professionals.

• Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Support meaningful developmental outcomes for children through individualized, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Active Arizona license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure

• Previous clinic-based experience required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve greater independence and developmental success
