PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our Skilled Nursing facility in the Phoenix area.
This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours, consistent patient flow, and a supportive rehab team.
Position Details

- Weekday and weekend opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Document treatments and progress accurately
- Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams
- Support a positive and engaging rehab environment
What We're Looking For
- Active COTA license in Arizona
- SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
