Position Overview:
Location: Carmichael, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
Start Date: ASAP
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with possibility to extend)
EMR System: Common rehab EMR platform
Qualifications:
Valid California COTA license
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
