• Compensation:

  • $40 – $45/hour (Perm)

  • PRN: Up to $52/hour

Schedule

• Based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under OT supervision

• Assist patients with ADLs and rehab exercises

• Track and report patient progress

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Ensure safe, compliant patient care

Requirements

• Certification from accredited COTA program

• Active California COTA license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
