We’re seeking a passionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive rehab environment in Carmichael, California. Active California COTA license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current BLS certification
Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
Support patients in improving daily function and quality of life
