Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support occupational therapy services for skilled nursing residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement OT treatment plans under OT supervision
Assist residents with ADLs and functional tasks
Monitor and report patient progress
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Qualifications:
Active California COTA license
SNF experience preferred
