Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Primary Responsibilities
• Generate and verify prescription labels using the order portal and PK database, including medication details, lot numbers, expiration dates, NDC codes, barcodes, and required regulatory information.
• Produce at least 350 shipping labels daily using UPS WorldShip; verify addresses, package weights, and contents, complete End of Day processing, and maintain tracking records.
• After meeting the daily label target, assist with medication order preparation, checking counts, label matches, packaging integrity, and staging for shipment or pickup.
• Monitor Teams and email for service requests; coordinate label corrections, reprints, address updates, shipping issues, and escalations with customer service, logistics, and carriers.
• Coordinate lot changes and inventory updates with the filler, document adjustments, assist with audits, and report damaged or missing stock and labeling discrepancies in accordance with FDA, DEA, and state requirements.
• Troubleshoot printing and system issues, support warehouse logistics and other assigned duties, help improve workflows through templates or automation, and complete required training on labeling regulations.
