Job Description

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other business entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting accounting records.
  • Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliations, and month-end accounting activities.
  • Research tax issues and respond to tax notices and client inquiries.
  • Provide proactive tax planning and financial guidance to clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional client service.
  • Ensure compliance with current tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client solutions while managing multiple engagements and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 3+ years of accounting and tax preparation experience.
  • Experience preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard accounting software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
