Required Skills
- Current certification as a CRNA with board certification in West Virginia
- Valid state licensure
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in operating room procedures across diverse surgical disciplines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical settings
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers, inpatient, and outpatient environments
- Ability to work across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR or similar electronic health record systems
- Comfort with a flexible schedule, including working 3-12 hour shifts and weekend coverage as needed
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP preferred)
- Two or more years of anesthesia practice in hospital or outpatient settings
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, spanning all age groups
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work in main ORs at multiple hospital locations, primarily at Memorial
- Ability to undergo credentialing within 60-90 days
- Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure in good standing
- Flexibility to work various shift schedules, including night shifts (19:00 - 07:00), with options for weekend work (not weekend-only)
