Required Skills

  • Current certification as a CRNA with board certification in West Virginia
  • Valid state licensure
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional anesthesia experience
  • Proficiency in operating room procedures across diverse surgical disciplines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical settings

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers, inpatient, and outpatient environments
  • Ability to work across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR or similar electronic health record systems
  • Comfort with a flexible schedule, including working 3-12 hour shifts and weekend coverage as needed

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP preferred)
  • Two or more years of anesthesia practice in hospital or outpatient settings
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, spanning all age groups

Other Requirements
  • Willingness to work in main ORs at multiple hospital locations, primarily at Memorial
  • Ability to undergo credentialing within 60-90 days
  • Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure in good standing
  • Flexibility to work various shift schedules, including night shifts (19:00 - 07:00), with options for weekend work (not weekend-only)
