Licenses: Active WV license <\/li>
Board: Board Certification required <\/li>
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS <\/li>
Experience: Minimum 2 years <\/li><\/ul>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
Provide anesthesia services across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other <\/li>
Work primarily in the Main OR's, with most time spent at Memorial <\/li>
Cover a wide variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac <\/li>
Administer anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings <\/li>
Maintain 40 hours per week of clinical coverage <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
