Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and Certified Surgical First Assistant (SA-C or CSFA) certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic surgery operating room settings
Proficiency in wound dressing, suturing, surgical site preparation, and sterile technique
Strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical instruments, and surgeon preference protocols
Experience with OR equipment maintenance, sterilization processes, and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
