Certified Technician

Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro is seeking a Certified "A" Level Toyota Technician to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to Toyota standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance services including inspections, oil changes, brakes, and tire rotations.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle problems.
• Complete all work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and services needed.
• Keep up to date with Toyota training and certifications to maintain "A" Level status.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Certified "A" Level Technician designation from Toyota (or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience working with Toyota vehicles preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in North Wilkesboro, NC.
