Job Details

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare organization, where you will play a critical role in financial decision-making and operations. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting. You will be working closely with other executives to drive growth and profitability, while ensuring financial compliance and transparency.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
2. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations
3. Lead the M&A diligence process and provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
4. Direct FP&A activities and provide insights to the executive team on financial planning and variance analysis
5. Ensure the timely delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
6. Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure financial integrity at all levels of the organization
7. Collaborate with other C-level executives to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry
3. Proven experience in M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategies and decisions
7. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
9. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality
10. Proficiency with financial management software and MS Office Suite
